All pitches on the park have a car parking space alongside the pitch.
Hard standing and grass pitches are available.
Pitches are level and generous in size.
All driveways are level and of smooth tarmac.
The tarmac driveways have low speed bumps with open access through the middle.
At night the main car park and the area around the customer facilities is well lit and low level general lighting is provided around the rest of the Park.
The Park is served with 16-amp hooks ups.
There are fully serviced pitches available in The Orchard providing water and grey water drainage.
Water points are conveniently sited around the park.
Reception is located in the camp shop and is wheelchair friendly with low counter and desk; there is a disabled car parking space nearby. Staff are happy to assist with booking in and will help with siting the caravan if necessary.
The camp shop provides basic goods, Camping Gaz and Calor gas. Morrison, Co-op and Aldi are in Brecon – 4 miles.
The toilet block is in The Orchard and is co-located with the Camp Shop. There is wheelchair access to the laundry facilities, drying room, information room, dishwashing room and the chemical disposal points.
The two disabled toilet and shower rooms are located in the main building, which is in The Orchard. These very spacious rooms double as family rooms with Babychange facilities.
The disabled facilities include a large shower with seat, toilet, washbasin, hair dryer, hand dryer and shaver point.
Grab rails are in place in the facility.
Pencelli Castle is a 'no dog' park. However, assistance dogs are permitted.
Mobile phone network is good.
A magnifying glass is available in reception.
Public transport is available close to the site entrance. Bus operator is Sixty-Sixty. Service is normally operated by easy access, low floor buses. Timetables are available at reception.
